CenterPointe Warehouse Application Hearing Rescheduled In Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Just days before a scheduled public hearing was to take place Tuesday to discuss plans to tear down four three-story buildings off Route 22 and replace them with two warehouses, it was rescheduled.

The applicant, Signature Acquisitions, LLC, contacted the township on Friday seeking to carry the meeting to Jan. 31, 2023, according to Deputy Township Administrator Wells Winegar.

The preliminary site plan with variances application is looking to tear down four three-story buildings at Block 206 Lot 3 off Route 22 at the Center Pointe Office Building.

The applicant is then looking to build two warehouse buildings, one with a net floor area of 142,000 square feet and one with a net floor area of 138,000 square feet.

Two driveways are proposed along Route 22, and one driveway is proposed along Jackson Street. A total of 284 parking spaces are proposed. Multiple variances are being sought.

The application will now be heard before the Bridgewater Zoning Board on Jan. 31, 2023, at 7 p.m. in the Bridgewater Municipal Courtroom, 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater.
