Capital Craft in Green Brook offers 24 rotating craft beers on tap daily, gourmet coal-fired pizza and chef-inspired tavern-style fare
Green Brook, NJ -- It may be cold outside but Capital Craft in Green Brook is offering ways to warm up with an extensive menu of craft beers and tavern delights to taste.
Owned by Basking Ridge locals Bonnie and Tom Graziano, Capital Craft held its ribbon cutting this morning with Green Brook Mayor Nancy Stoll.
“I am happy to have them in Green Brook and be a part of their opening day,” said Stoll at the ceremony. “I wish them all the best.”

The Grazianos’ have been in the food industry for 25 years running a majority of fast food chains such as Dairy Queen, Qdoba and in the past a Red Robin.
“This is our first craft beer concept,” Bonnie said.

The Grazianos’ are opening the restaurant with General Manager Dustin Noel of Somerville and a slew of staff from all over including Hillsborough, Green Brook, Watchung.
Capital Craft officially opened today, Jan. 25 at 11:30 a.m. and will remain open until 10 p.m. offering 24 rotating craft beers on draft daily, a coal fired oven for pizza and a chef inspired menu.
“The concept is to have a coal fire pizza oven with the added to reputation of a chef -- who previously worked at Stage House Tavern in Somerset and Stirling Hotel,” Noel said. “We have an amazing menu which we are calling chef-inspired tavern fare.”
Capital Craft is restaurant first and bar second.
“We are hoping for a good mix of everything,” Noel said. “Families should feel welcome… we really want to offer something for everybody.”
In the future, Capital Craft plans to host special events such as tap takeovers, beer dinners, food and wine pairings and maybe even a summer beer fest in the parking lot.
Additionally, the restaurant offers a private entertaining room upstairs with its own bar, bathroom and TV that can host up to 50 people.
Capital Craft is located at 171 US Highway 22, Green Brook.
