Congressman Kean Accepting Summer 2026 Internship Applications

Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) announced that his offices in Washington, D.C. and Lebanon Borough are accepting applications for the Summer 2026 Internship Program.
This program offers college students an opportunity to gain experience in a congressional office environment.
Interns will work closely with staff on various responsibilities, including legislative research, constituent services, and communications.

The program aims to provide students with insight into the legislative process and how a Member of Congress serves district residents. This includes understanding the daily operations of the office.
Congressman Kean stated, "I am pleased to offer this internship program to motivated students who are passionate about public service."

He added that interns play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and actively serve the people of New Jersey.
Kean described the opportunity as meaningful for developing real-world skills and experience. He encouraged all eligible students to apply for the program. Positions are available in both the Washington, D.C. office and the District office.
Interested students must be currently enrolled in college. Applications can be completed through the online form at kean.house.gov/services/internships. The deadline to apply for the Summer 2026 program is Tuesday, March 31, at 11:59 p.m.
