Crash Topples Pole, Closes 2 Lanes On Route 22 East In Somerset County
Drivers can expect a 10 minute delay on Wednesday.
WATCHUNG, NJ — A crash that took out a utility pole caused two lanes to close on Route 22 East in Watchung on Wednesday.
The downed pole and crash occurred at Route 22 East near Mountain Avenue in Watchung, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.
As a result, the two right lanes are closed. Drivers can expect a 10 minute delay.
