The Curry & Grill Factory Opens In Bridgewater
The restaurant operating out of the Martinsville Gardens offers American, Asian, and Indian fusion dishes.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Ajay Chaudhry, owner of the nine-acre Martinsville Gardens in Bridgewater, is expanding his catering and banquet hall business to offer a take-out and delivery restaurant called The Curry & Grill Factory.
"We have been in business for the last 20 years and at this location for the last 4 and a half years. We have hosted between 1,500 to 2,000 events and are known for our food," said Chaudhry. "A lot of people want to order our food at home which is not available in the banquet kitchen and that's the reason we are opening the restaurant."
The restaurant, at 1801 Washington Valley Road, will offer American, Thai, and Indian fusion cuisines.

"We already specialize in these three cuisines," said Chaudhry. "Our clientele in the area is a lot of American and Asian people and all of our cuisine and dishes reflect that and are all fusion dishes. Anyone would like anything on the menu."
Dishes include the Crispy Chicken Lolipop Thai Style which is beer-battered chicken, sautéed with spring onions, ginger and burnt garlic, and tossed in Chef special soya and sweet chili sauce.

Chaudhry also recommended the Jumbo Juicy Lucy Lamb Burger topped with cheese, honey mustard and salad.
Right now the restaurant will open only as a take-out and delivery to start and once coronavirus cases drop indoor dining will open.
"We follow all the rules of social distancing in a very safe and responsible way," said Chaudhry. "We want to wait until the cases go down."
Pickup is available and delivery through Uber Eats, Doordash or Grubhub.
