Delays Expected On Route 202/206 Due To NJ Law Enforcement Torch Run
Bridgewater and Hillsborough Police sent out the alert on Friday afternoon.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Drivers can expect delays on Route 202/206 in Bridgewater and Route 206 in Hillsborough as the New Jersey Law Enforcement Torch Run passes through the township on Friday.
Runners will be passing through Bridgewater on June 9 at around 3:30 p.m. on Route 202/206 South.
"Expect delays for up to an hour as the runners make their way to Headquarters from Bedminster," said police.

The runners will turn onto Talamini Road to help reduce the back-up on Route 202/206.
In Hillsborough, delays are expected on Route 206 from Dukes East to Amwell Road.

The annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics New Jersey features more than 3,000 officers taking to the streets of their local communities, split up into 26 separate legs, to run to raise awareness for Special Olympics New Jersey.
