Dignity Dash to Raise Funds for Disabled

For 5k fun-runners, warriors-in-training for longer competitions, families & friends out for a jog or a 1- mile walk.

The Dignity Dash is a fun community event that raises funds and awareness for people with special needs. The event is for the benefit of Alternatives, Inc. a leading service provider for nearly 40 years. The agency provides services, programs, housing and support for people with developmental disabilities, mental illness, homeless families and others with disabilities.


On Sunday, September 9th, the Dignity Dash will bring together Alternatives' clients, family, friends and the community, for a fun 5k and one mile walk through beautiful, Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

The cost is $25 per person for those who pre-register and $30 per person for those who register the day of the event. Registration begins at 8:00am at the Duke Island Park Band Shell Lawn.
Runners start 5K at 9:00 am, Walkers start 1 mile course at 9:15am
