DIG's First NJ Restaurant Announces Opening Date In Bridgewater

The NYC-based eatery - that offers seasonal and fresh cuisine - will donate its opening day's walk-in sales to the Raritan Food Pantry.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — DIG, which offers seasonal, fresh, and local cuisine, announced an opening date for its first New Jersey location.

Based in New York City, the chef-centric eatery will host a grand opening on March 15 at 11 a.m. at 610 Commons Way Suite 4310 in Bridgewater. The location is next to Starbucks and Shake Shack in The Village section of the Bridgewater Commons.

On the day of the grand opening, DIG is giving away free tote bags with Spindrift to the first 100 customers and donating the first day of walk-in sales proceeds to the Raritan Food Pantry.

"DIG's seasonal menu is scratch-cooked, featuring nourishing foods that are both familiar and surprising," according to DIG.

The menu includes everything from composed market plates like the Classic DIG (charred chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, charred broccoli with lemon, brown rice with garlic aioli) to house-made focaccia club sandwiches.
