Diwali Celebration To Be Hosted In Bridgewater On Saturday

Bridgewater Township with the Sri Venkateswara Temple will host a Diwali Celebration this Saturday at the HTCS Cultural Center.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Bridgewater Township is partnering with the Sri Venkateswara Temple to host a Diwali Celebration on Saturday.

The event will be held on Oct. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the HTCS Cultural Center (in the auditorium), 1 Balaji Temple Drive, Bridgewater.

  • Greetings by HTCS Chairman
  • Speech by Mayor Matthew Moench
  • Rangoli decoration (A decorative art with colored sand signifying a part of the Deepavali celebration)
  • Presentation by community members/youth about the significance of Deepavali
  • Cultural Program

All are welcome to join in the free celebration.
