Duke Island Park 5K Run/Walk To Benefit Somerset County Community
The 6th Annual Don't Fall... Let's Run 5K Run/Walk and Kid Sprint will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The 6th Annual Don't Fall... Let's Run 5K Run/Walk and Kid Sprint will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater.
The race will begin at 9 a.m. for runners and walkers, and 10 a.m. for the kid sprint. The race will be held rain or shine.
This is also a family fun day with crafts, taekwondo exhibition, snacks, vendor tables and more.

This race is a New Jersey Grand Prix Event and is on a USATF-NJ Certified and Sanctioned Course. The course is extremely flat on a paved wooded trail that parallels the Raritan river.
Registration is $25 for runners and walkers and $10 for the kid sprint and will benefit the Family & Community Services of Somerset County.

The mission of FCSSC is to enhance the quality of life of individuals, families, and communities by providing mental health and addiction treatment and services. They counsel, guide and provide tools to people in the community who need to strengthen their foundation of wellness. They also coordinate with local agencies to ensure that clients have continued support and success in all aspects of their lives.
