Jack's 5k run/walk for Children with apraxia of speech

Jack's 5k run/walk for CASANA- Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America.

This is the 3rd annual event at Duke Island to raise awareness and funds for Children with apraxia of speech. Our son Jack was diagnosed at age 4 and was nonverbal. Now at the age of 7 he is speaking thanks to CASANA and his many well trained speech language pathologists. Apraxia is a severe neurological motor-planning speech disorder. All funds raised will benefit CASANA for research, training of slps and helping families in need w/ children with apraxia.

Please join us on September 9 at Duke Island Park, Bridgewater for a great day for the family! 5k run starts at 10am w/ a 2 mile walk to follow. Carrabbas Italian Restaurant of Greenbrook is catering lunch again:) registration begins at 845. REGISTER by 8/10 to receive an apraxia walk tshirt.  Registration at Oak Grove Pavillion
