The Fall Fit Challenge, our biggest challenge of the year, begins on Tuesday, September 7th! The objective is to complete 30 classes in 60 days, Friday, November 5th. Our Fall Fit Challenge will kick start your fall routine to get you to a stronger body and mind. Our classes allow you to cross train to achieve your fitness goals and have fun doing so! Last year, there were nearly 17,000 finishers, translating to 488,280 classes! Why don’t you join us?!

For those not familiar with Pure Barre, this is a great opportunity to try a class. Our technique is for all fitness levels, even if you’ve never worked out before. Contrary to what some think, you don’t need any dance experience or knowledge to take a class with us. Pure Barre is accessible to everyone, as it is a low impact, high intensity workout that focuses on building strength, cardio & flexibility in every class. The choreography of every class is simple to learn, and we offer modifications for every part of class, so that no matter where you are starting, you can participate in class to start building your strength and reaching your individual fitness goals.

Every class targets and strengthens your core, an area most need to focus on. This also helps to improve your overall strength and stability, ultimately improving your posture as well. If you are consistent with classes, your flexibility, strength and results will quickly be apparent. We sculpt and strengthen the entire body using resistance bands, light weights and a ball. This increases your overall body strength in each workout. And while you’re pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, you are also burning calories assisting in weight loss as well. Classes are based on small isometric movements, strengthening muscle without straining tendons or ligaments, so there’s less risk of injury compared to more traditional strength training.

Pure Barre Bridgewater serves to provide an effective workout for each and every member, while also celebrating the strength of our community. We empower and support one another, and have a warm, welcoming community that connects in classes as well as through sockeal events we offer like book club, happy hours, sip ‘n shop event and much more.
