Fifth Annual Bridgewater Beerfest Set For April 18

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Fifth Annual Bridgewater Beerfest will feature tastings of more than 50 beers, as well as tequila and whiskey on Saturday, April 18.

The Beerfest will be held from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center (JCC) at 775 Talamini Road in Bridgewater and will benefit JCC Special Needs programs for children and adults.

New at this year’s festival is a VIP Tasting Experience from 5 to 6 p.m. featuring exclusive beers.

Featured breweries for VIP and General Admission (6 to 10 p.m.) guests include: Angry Erik Brewing, Bolero Snort Brewery, Brix City Brewing, Carton Brewing, Cypress Brewing, Departed Soles Brewery, Frye Brewing Company, Hoboken Brewing, Jersey Cyclone Brewing, Jersey Girl Brewing, Jughandle Brewing Company, Last Wave Brewing, Invertase Brewing, New Jersey Brewers Association , New Jersey Craft Beer, Raritan Bay Brewing, Ship Bottom Brewery, Sunken Silo Brew Works, Twin Elephant Brewery and Untied Brewing Company.

The Trane Stevens Band will perform at the Beerfest, and food will be available for purchase. The registration fee for the Beerfest is $60 per person and includes a beer sampling glass. Designated Driver admission is $15 per person. Must be 21 or older to attend.
