Fitness and Shopping Offered at Bloomingdales in Bridgewater

This Saturday April 9 and select Saturdays this spring, Bloomingdale’s at Bridgewater Commons Mall is offering free workouts hosted by NJ blogger and Active Ambassador, Aliah Davis-McHenry of GET FIT DIVA.

“As a working mom, it is hard to squeeze in time for fitness, family, career, and everything else life throws at me,” says Davis-McHenry, “I am hoping these feel-good events will introduce women to different workouts and make time for themselves to have fun!”

This Saturday’s “TwerkOut with Nikki” is designed to get you in great shape while dancing and having fun.

Nicole is a former professional dancer now working her way back after raising a family. You’ll twerk, pop, wine and drop it like it’s hot to hip hop, R&B, Dancehall and Reggeaton Music. This class feels like a party.

Whether you are a rookie or brand new, you will learn the basics of twerking from body movements in different levels, speeds, and directions.

Attendees will receive exclusive pre-opening access to shop the store with great deals and promotions each time. All attendees will walk away with a great workout and a fun-packed gift bag featuring Premier Protein, Adora Calcium, and more.

Other FIT SATURDAYS include a yoga session on June 11 with Sherry Fahs from ONYX Yoga in Warren.

A total of the group sales will benefit Kula for Karma, a nonprofit organization pioneering the integration of therapeautic yoga, mediatation and stress management into mainstream medicine and healthcare at no cost to populations in need who face physical and mental health challenges in the NY metro area.
