NJ Restaurant Featured On 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,' Airs Friday Night
Guy Fieri stopped by Turf Surf and Earth to film an episode of "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" that airs Friday night on Food Network.
SOMERVILLE, NJ — A Somerville restaurant will be featured in a new episode of Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" on Friday.
Fieri, the platinum-haired mayor of "Flavortown," dropped by Turf Surf and Earth in late June to film part of an episode.
Turf Surf and Earth, or TSE, is a fast-casual restaurant at 46 East Main Street. It offers " an exciting assortment of food, including burgers, chicken, seafood, and lots of plant-based options served just the way you want them."

The restaurant will close early Friday so the staff can enjoy the episode together, the restaurant said. It airs at 9 p.m. on July 8 on Food Network.
TSE is also open for brunch on Saturday and runs the Earth Corner Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Byron Salazar is the owner.

"Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" began in 2006, with Fieri traveling across the country to visit locally-loved restaurants and sample some of their famous creations.
