Former Bradley Gardens Father Dies at 57

Bridgewater, NJ -- Robert T. Jankowski, Sr., 57, formerly of the Bradley Gardens section of Bridgewater died on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, May 14 at the Bridgewater Funeral Home, 707 East Main Street, Bridgewater. A funeral service will be 8:30 p.m., Saturday during the visitation.

Obituary:

Son of Daniel, Sr., and Theresa (Veneziale) Jankowski, was born in Somerville and raised in Raritan before moving to Bradley Gardens, and Bethlehem in 2006. Robert was a self employed truck driver then worked as a roofer and crane operator for many years with Piero's Roofing and Construction. His most recent employment was as a yard jockey for Magnolia Logistics. He was an avid pool player, car enthusiast, and enjoyed coaching hockey. Robert was a very special person and will be sadly missed by family and friends.

He is predeceased by his father, Daniel Jankowski, Sr.

Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 32 years, Sheila Jankowski; son, Robert T. Jankowski, Jr., and his wife Briana of South Bound Brook, NJ; twin brother, Thomas Jankowski and his wife Cheri of Lady Lakes, FL, Daniel Jankowski Jr., and his wife Vikki of Aurora, CO, sister, Judy MacMinn and her husband, Dennis of Holland Twp, NJ, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
