Free Summer Concert Series Returns To Duke Island Park For 2026

Five bands are scheduled to play Sunday evenings from July 12 through Aug. 9 at Duke Island Park.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Music fans can head to Duke Island Park this summer for a free concert series scheduled for Sunday evenings in July and August.

The 2026 Summer Concert Series will run from July 12 through Aug. 9 at Duke Island Park.

A new band will perform each Sunday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Admission and parking are free.

The park's concert lineup includes a mix of genres and tribute acts across the five-week series.

  • Arena Flashback on July 12 for arena rock
  • The Tee Tones on July 19 for Motown
  • Whiskey & Roses on July 26 for country
  • Starman on Aug. 2 as a David Bowie tribute
  • High in the Mid 80's on Aug. 9 for 80s pop

The series is designed for music lovers of all ages and will feature a variety of genres and eras.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating on the grass.

A selection of food trucks will be on site and may vary from week to week. Visitors may also bring their own cooler with snacks and drinks.

The county notice states that alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the park.

It also says Park Rangers will help guide parking and will offer closer spots to visitors with handicapped status.

Duke Island Park is located at 191 Old York Road in Bridgewater.
