Free Tree Seeds Offered to Bridgewater Residents
Five seedlings per household will be given to Bridgewater Township residents to restore trees damaged or destroyed by Superstorm Sandy

Bridgewater, NJ -- Bridgewater Township residents can get free tree seedlings as part of the New Jersey Tree Recovery Campaign.
This program assists communities in the restoration of the tree canopy damaged or destroyed by Superstorm Sandy.

- Saturday - April 30 – 3 to 5 p.m. - Arbor Day Ceremony at Bridgewater Municipal Complex – Kid Street Park – 100 Commons Way
- Saturday – May 7 – 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Bridgewater “Eco-Blast” Fair at Bridgewater Municipal Complex – Kid Street Park – 100 Commons Way
Seedlings, available on a first come, first served basis, will include instructions on proper seedling storage, care and maintenance.
Distribution is limited to a maximum of five seedlings per household. Plan to bring along a bag or container to retrieve the seedlings.

Residents are encouraged to plant the seedlings within two days after pick-up.
