FriedmanLaw Presents 24th Annual New Jersey Elder Law Forum

New Jersey's Top Sophisticated Elder Law Event features some of NJ's most respected Elder Law practitioners from throughout the state.

For the 24th consecutive year FriedmanLaw founding attorney Lawrence A. Friedman has organized the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Sophisticated Elder Law Forum to educate lawyers on many aspects of elder law, special needs, and estate planning. The program takes place June 6th at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick and is the longest running elder law continuing legal education program in New Jersey. Lawrence Friedman has moderated the event from its inception and will address Special Needs Trusts and legal ethics in elder law and special needs law practice. Distinguished speakers will cover topics such as the new Tax Act and Qualified Income Trusts and other instruments used in Medicaid planning. FriedmanLaw attorney Mark Friedman, who is Secretary of the NJ State Bar Association Elder Law Section, will speak on future developments for Elder Law.
