"All of our work is daylight dependant," said Papp. "When the sun goes down we have to stop filming."

When asked if any famous movie stars will be among the cast causing traffic issues in the area, Papp said no.

"I am very happy to say that none of our actors are incredibly famous," said Papp.

After approving the application, one committeeperson says, "I think it is really cool."
