BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Two Bridgewater residents have launched a Podcast in the township called "Help Me! I’m Middle Aged!"

The Podcast recorded in Bridgewater features Rob Bacino, 50, and Rob Oddy, 49, talking about the challenges of middle-age life.

"I think the middle-age demographic is a pretty interesting one to explore," said Matt Onorato, co-owner of Midrise Media who is producing the Podcast. "A lot of them are just starting to listen to Podcasts. They are older adapters. There really is an interesting gap we can fill with out Podcast."

Bacino and Oddy met with Onorato and Otis over a few months and came up with this topic where they will interview guests on a bi-weekly basis to talk about health and wellness, tips and life advice, entrepreneurship, stress relief and more.

Guests include fitness trainers, lawyers, doctors and more.

On the most recent episode the guys talked with Anthony Albanese who has experience in martial arts and nutrition. Albanese talked about his life journey and his experience with MMA.

Upcoming episodes will feature Dr. Paul Marciano on Feb. 1 and Devin Buonanno on Feb. 15.

The Podcast began airing on Jan. 1 and past episodes can be heard on their website helpmeimmiddleaged.com or Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
