Hit-And-Run Crash Injures Pedestrian In Somerville

Somerville Police are currently investigating the crash.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Somerville on Sunday night.

"This was a hit-and-run accident that is currently being investigated by our Criminal Investigation Division," confirmed Somerville Police Captain Anthony Brattole to Patch.

The crash happened on Culver Street near East Cliff Street on Sunday around 8:15 p.m.

The victim was a 20-year-old woman who sustained minor non-life threatening injuries (a laceration to the back of her head), said Brattole.
