Holiday Lights Parade Returns To Somerville This Saturday

SOMERVILLE, NJ — Somerville's Holiday Lights Parade is returning for 2021 on Saturday, Dec. 4 with fire departments, rescue squads, and law enforcement agencies statewide participating.

Decorated trucks, vehicles, floats, community-based organizations (i.e. scouts, churches, schools, etc.) will be marching through downtown Somerville.

The parade starts at dusk 6 p.m. and begins on East Main St going West on Main St to Mountian Ave to East High St to Mercer Ave to West Spring St to Gaston Ave to Reimer St to Lori Dr to Lisa Terrace to Lee Way to Rehill Ave to Lincoln Ave to Halsey St to Eastern States Parkway to Putnam St to North Richards to East Main St towards 170 East Main St.

Prizes will be given out for the best-decorated fire and emergency vehicles, personal floats vehicle, and best-decorated houses and/or businesses in Somerville.
