JCC Cyclones FC Introduces Youth Soccer Training Program
The 10-week program will begin in April and will be held outdoors at the JCC's Camp Ruach grounds.

JCC Cyclones FC will be offering a new youth Soccer Training Program beginning in April. The Training Program is a collaboration of NJ Cyclones and the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center (JCC) and is open to Girls and Boys in Grades 3-5. The 10-week program will begin in April and will be held outdoors at the JCC’s Camp Ruach grounds, located at 775 Talamini Road in Bridgewater.

The Soccer Training Program is under the direction and instruction of Coach Ryan Marchese, principal with NJ Cyclones. Coach Ryan has been coaching soccer for 10 years. He served as JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at Columbia Prep High School, and was a trainer for I9 Sports. In addition to serving as a coach and trainer, Coach Ryan played soccer for more than 20 years, including Club Soccer at Rochester Institute of Technology and for Ridge High School. He loves working with kids and sharing his knowledge of the game and helping players improve their skills and sportsmanship.

In addition to the Soccer Training Program, NJ Cyclones offers high quality youth basketball teams and training programs, also available at the JCC.
The Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center is a social service agency that serves residents of all ages residing in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties, providing fitness, recreational, social, cultural and educational programs for the entire community. The state-of-the-art facility includes an indoor salt based heated pool (with ramp access), outdoor salt based heated pool with dome enclosure during the off season, gymnasium, fitness center, group fitness studios, and indoor and outdoor functional training areas. The JCC offers Personal Training, and group fitness classes, including Les Mills classes. The JCC offers a wide variety of adult educational and cultural programs including lectures, film series and trips. The JCC Blaustein Early Childhood Center provides childcare for ages 6 weeks through full day Kindergarten and the J-Crew After School Program is open to children in Grades K-6. JCC Camp Ruach is the JCC’s summer day camp for children ages two years through 9th Grade. The JCC offers a variety of special needs programs including the J-Zone Respite Program for children ages 5-16, J-Cares Adult Intern Program, J-Connects Social Programs for Adults, Adaptive Aquatics Skills Program and the Rising Tide Special Olympics Swim Team.
