Somerset County Business Partnership luncheon Friday, March 16

The Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP), in collaboration with the Somerset County Energy Council, has announced that the Friday Public Policy Luncheon in March will focus on “The Future of Energy in New Jersey,” Keynote speaker will be Dave Daly, President and Chief Operating Officer at PSE&G.

The Friday Public Policy Luncheon continues the decades long tradition of the Fifth Friday Friars Public Policy Luncheons begun by former Somerset County Administrator Dick Williams.

The Public Policy luncheon is scheduled for Friday, March 16, 2018, beginning at 12:00 Noon at Raritan Valley Country Club, 747 State Route 28, Raritan, New Jersey.

Daly will discuss how the business community can work together toward a future that provides universal access to cleaner, more reliable, resilient, and affordable energy.

Daly was elected president and chief operating officer of PSE&G in October, 2017. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of PSEG Long Island. Prior to his appointment, Daly served as vice president - asset management and centralized services at PSE&G. PSE&G is New Jersey’s oldest and largest regulated gas and electric delivery utility, serving approximately 2.4 million customers, nearly three-quarters of the state’s population.
