Juice For Us Food Truck Rolls Up At Bridgewater’s Farmers Market
The New Brunswick couple's healthy juice and smoothie food truck will be at Bridgewater's Farmers Market every Sunday through Oct. 29.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Christina Serrano and Aaron Tomblin were inspired to begin their healthy food truck business after making changes in their lives.
In 2016, Tomblin found he was pre-diabetic and Serrano also encountered health issues in her family. This prompted the New Brunswick-based dating couple to try a 40-day fruit and vegetable fast that solidified their lifestyle change to a plant-based diet.
After the fast, they both decided to keep going with the vegan lifestyle and began to see changes in their thinking and how they felt.

“We were able to get rid of the pre-diabetes and all those health issues just by changing what we ate,” said Serrano. “We wanted to bring this to local communities in a less intimidating way.”
Serrano and Tomblin began making their own juices and smoothies at home and then decided to turn it into a business. Thus came, Juice For Us.

They saved for a while before finding a trailer on Craigslist and debuted their business on Earth Day in Woodbridge.
Now they are here in Bridgewater and will be at the township farmers market every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Oct. 29 at the Somerset County Library System's Bridgewater Branch at 1 Vogt Drive.
All of the selections of juices and smoothies rotate as Serrano and Tomblin base their menu on what is available seasonally.
“It’s great being apart of a farmers market because a majority of the time we are buying produce from farmers at that market,” Serrano said.
Juice For Us is also available for delivery in select areas such as Middlesex, Monmouth, Union and Essex Counties.
