Kepler Is Bridgewater's Pet Of The Week

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Meet Kepler! He has been chosen as Bridgewater Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"Kepler Foley is a three-year-old Icelandic sheepdog who resides in the Thomae Park section of Bridgewater Township. Kepler is deserving of the nomination because of his extremely friendly disposition towards humans and other animals and his dynamic personality in which he often engages an entire room.

Kepler is the type of dog that makes everyone feel welcome as he insists on greeting every neighbor, friend and family member that he comes across. Kepler has completed several agility courses, puppy kindergarten, and intermediate training courses with high competency levels.

Kepler's favorite place to hang out is at the Central Bark Dog Park in Green Brook with the other dogs of Somerset County. His hobbies include: Chewing on elk bones and deer antlers, playing tag with his other canine friends, playing fetch with tennis balls, playing tug of war with anyone willing to participate, dreaming about chasing birds, greeting every person or animal in Thomae Park and spending time with his family who absolutely adores him.

Do you think your pet should be Bridgewater's Pet of the Week?

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com with subject line "Bridgewater Pet Of The Week." Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the town you're from.

You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today. All photos must be property of the submitter.

Additionally, selected winners each week will be given a free treat bag when they stop in Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming inside Bridgewater Towne Center at 732 US-202. And winners can also bring their pet into the store for a picture. Woof Gang Bakery will put them up on their Facebook page as well.
