Last Chance To Ditch Your Real Christmas Tree in Bridgewater

Still have your Christmas tree up? No need to fear, Monday is your last day to get rid of it in Bridgewater Township.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Still have your Christmas tree up? No need to fear, Monday is your last day to get rid of it in Bridgewater.

The Township is once again providing drop-off locations for real Christmas trees. Trees should be piled neatly and as close together as possible. All decorations, lights and plastic should be removed prior to drop-off.

Specific locations within each park will be marked with signs. Drop-off area will be open until Jan. 16 (Martin Luther King’s Birthday).

No curbside pickup is available from the Public Works Department.

  • Ardmear Park parking lot off Maple Street
  • Cedarbrook Park between the playground and parking lot off Cedarbrook Road
  • Chimney Rock Park parking lot off Chimney Rock Road
  • Thomae Park parking lot off Nagle Street

Residents may drop-off their Christmas trees at the Township’s Yard Waste site on 136 Foothill Road behind Costco. Somerset County collects Christmas Trees at North Branch Park off Milltown Road, follow signs.
