Lawrence A. Friedman Named A Super Lawyer

Lawrence A. Friedman has once again been recognized in New Jersey Super Lawyers (published by Thomson Reuters). Mr. Friedman also has long held Martindale Hubbel’s highest peer review rating of AV-Preeminent.

Recognition in New Jersey Super Lawyers is based on a selection process involving surveys of Garden State lawyers in practice at least five years, recommendations by a panel of leading attorneys, and a research and verification process. The publishers note that only five percent of New Jersey lawyers are designated Super Lawyers.

For over 25 years, attorney Friedman has helped families navigate complex laws and government programs to protect savings against long term care costs, minimize taxes, provide for individuals with special needs, qualify for Medicaid and other programs, evaluate long term care insurance, obtain guardianships, and draw special needs and other trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Mr. Friedman has a Master of Laws in Taxation and has been Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He also has received the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Distinguished Legislative Service Award and is a former Chair of its Elder and Disabilities Law Section.
