Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County to Host Stars Shine for Literacy Event

Tell "Joan" who you're wearing or sing "I Got You, Babe" with "Cher," when Hollywood comes to Somerset County next month.
Join celebrity impersonator Holly Faris on the red carpet and be part of a fun and glamorous evening at Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County's Stars Shine for Literacy event from 7 to 11 p.m. on March 22 at Soriano's Parkside in Bridgewater.
The evening will feature dinner with wine and beer, a silent auction and entertainment by celebrity look-alike Holly Faris. Known for her impersonations of Joan Rivers and Cher, among other stars, Faris has appeared on NBC's All-Star Celebrity Apprentice and the Biography Channel's Celebrity Ghost Stories.
All proceeds benefit Literacy Volunteers of Somerset County's adult literacy programs. For more than 30 years, LVSC has provided one-to-one and small-group tutoring in Basic Literacy and English as a Second Language.
Tickets for the Stars Shine for Literacy dinner are $80 per person or $560 for a table of eight. For tickets or to learn more about LVSC and its programs, visit www.literacysomerset.org or call (908) 725-5430.
