Luxury Rentals, Restaurant To Replace Bound Brook Strip Club
A 5-story, 60,000 square-foot building will be constructed with 63 units and a restaurant/bar to replace Ooh-La-La's Gentlemens Club.

BOUND BROOK, NJ — Luxury rentals and a restaurant bar will be replacing a strip club in Bound Brook.
The new project will be demolish four existing residential and commercial buildings and garage at 7-15 West Main Street in Bound Brook where the Ooh-La-La's Gentlemens Club used to be.
In its place a five-story, 60,000 square-foot mixed-use building will be constructed and will offer 63 market rate residential rental units over a bar/restaurant commercial space with parking on the ground level plus offsite parking, Vice President of Development and Construction for Sterling Bridge Investment Partners Rey Aponte told Patch.

Featured amenities will include energy efficient LEED in-unit washer/dryers; stainless steel appliances, quartz counter-tops, key-less entry system, balconies, a virtual package concierge system, private courtyards in select units, fitness center with state of the art gym equipment, an outdoor courtyard, outdoor yoga area, and on-site maintenance and management.
The building will offer mixes of one- and two-bedrooms with 500 to 1,300 square feet units. Rents will start at $1,395, Aponte said.

The project is expected to be finished by October 2019.
An official ground breaking ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 22.
