A majority of people enjoy cheese and cheese boards yet their experience of cheeses is pretty limited so Hunter and Nash decided to take the plunge and open a shop where "people can come in and try something and talk to someone behind the counter."
"We want to provide a more personalized experience and sell those kind of specialty items that go well with cheese boards," said Hunter.
There will also be a grab-and-go section with cheese boards, charcuterie boards, grilled cheeses, and more.
Eventually, Hunter and Nash hope to host classes such as cheese and wine pairings and one-on-one classes on how to make mozzarella or other cheeses.
"We are excited to build that community of cheese lovers and share our passion for cheese with others," said Hunter.
