Math League Places 39th in National Competition

Three members of the team are students at Bridgewater-Raritan High School.

Three Bridgewater-Raritan High School students are part of the Central Jersey Math League, which competed at the American Regions Mathematics League at Penn State June 3 and June 4, with the A division team winning 39th place out of 64 teams.

Junior Louis Brown is a member of the A division, and sophomores Andy Chen and Ivan Wong are on the B division team.

The Central Jersey team also had team members from nine other local schools.

In the power question part of the competition, the A division received 41 out of 50 points, placing 27th in that section.
