SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Born on New Year's Day at 4:18 a.m., Aidan Aziel Lopez Iboy is Somerset County’s first baby of 2025.

The baby boy was born to Heidy Iboy Mendoza and Adrian Lopez of Plainfield at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) Somerset, an RWJBarnabas Health facility.

Aidan weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 21 inches long and was delivered by obstetrician/gynecologist, Jeffrey T. Beauchamp, MD.
