Menlo Park Mall Completes Major Renovation
Project Included New Dining Pavilion, Revamped Entrances and More

Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, marked the completion of a major renovation of Menlo Park Mall with a reception on March 2 at Havana Central, where local dignitaries and other special guests joined in celebrating the finished project.
The renovation, which began last April, touched a significant portion of the interior and exterior of the property and included a complete transformation of the existing food area into a spectacular new Dining Pavilion.
“After many months of planning and construction, we are thrilled with the overall results of the renovation and are pleased to present our finished product to our fashion forward shoppers and retailers,” said Menlo Park Mall General Manager Gilbert Bankson. “Menlo Park Mall already serves as one of central New Jersey’s premier destinations for shopping, dining and entertainment. These enhancements have created a more contemporary look for the center along with additional upgrades and amenities that will better fulfill the needs of our customers and visitors.”
