Michele Casey Promoted to Midland's Director of Nursing

As DON, she will oversee all nursing and health services across Midland, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered medical care

Midland is pleased to announce the appointment of Michele Casey, RN, BSN, CDDN, CSN-NJ as Midland’s new Director of Nursing (DON). Michele has been a valued member of the Midland team since April 2017, bringing years of dedication, clinical expertise, and specialized knowledge to our organization.

As DON, Michele will oversee all nursing and health services across Midland, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered medical care. Her leadership will support compliance with standards set by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, and the Department of Education.

Michele will lead a team of dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to promote the health and well-being of the individuals we serve. In addition, she will coordinate health and wellness services, conduct staff training, and provide direct clinical support to address the diverse healthcare needs within our programs.
