Midland Corp. Elects Lodge to Board
The Midland Corporation announces the appointment of Ms. Susan Lodge of Bernardsville, N.J. to the Board of Trustees.

The Midland Corporation, which provides oversight, strategic direction and policy to guide The Midland School and Midland Adult Services in North Branch, N.J., announced the appointment of Ms. Susan Lodge of Bernardsville, N.J. to the Board of Trustees, effective February 2023.
Lodge is currently the Director of Content Strategy for Automatic Data Processing, Inc (ADP), a human resources management software and services company, headquartered in Roseland, New Jersey. Lodge also serves as Content Chair of ADP Thrive – a business resource group that educates associates about living with disabilities.
Lodge’s involvement with Midland began in 2021 when her son Aidan enrolled as a student at The Midland School. Shortly after, Lodge joined The Midland Foundation’s Film Committee, helping to strengthen the fundraising event and awareness of Midland and its mission.

In addition to joining the Midland Board of Trustees, Lodge’s commitment to the special needs community extends to P.G. Chambers School where she has served on the Board of Trustees since 2017. She is also involved in the Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center.
Lodge holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. In her spare time, she enjoys reading historical fiction, playing tennis, watching the NY Yankees and spending time with her family.

Founded in 1960, Midland is a CARF-accredited New Jersey not-for-profit, 501c3 organization comprised of The Midland School and Midland Adult Services, Inc. (MAS).
The Midland School is an approved private special education school dedicated to the individual, academic, social, emotional and career education needs of children, adolescents and young adults, ages 3 through 21, with developmental disabilities. Partnering with an array of businesses and corporations, Midland’s extensive career education, and school-to-work transition program places a high percentage of Midland students in competitive jobs prior to graduation.
Midland Adult Services focuses on the transition from school to adult life by providing residential living, community and life skills training, job training and placement, day and social/recreational experiences to support and enrich the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
