Mystic Lobster Roll Company Opens First Somerset County Location
The South-Jersey-based franchise is hosting its soft opening this week for its first Somerset County location in Bridgewater.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A new seafood joint is opening in Bridgewater. The South-Jersey-based Mystic Lobster Roll Company is holding a soft opening this week for its first Somerset County.
The newest location at 555 Union Ave. (Route 28) in Bridgewater next to Barry's Appliance & TV is open all week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Additionally, the eatery is hiring for multiple positions including full-time Assistant Manager and part-time positions.

The menu offers all fresh shelled lobster rolls, lobster tacos, lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, dessert and a kids menu.
A grand opening is being planned for later in the month.
