Details Released In Death Of N.J. Man Who Hit Doctor's Office With Young Son In Car
A New Jersey man slammed into a doctor's office Monday while he had his young son in his car after he was fatally shot, police said.
Details were released in a New Jersey driver's death after he slammed into a doctor's office Monday while he had his young son in his car, police said.
Isaiah J. Bell stabbed the Franklin Township man before the victim got into his car and drove into the office, according to Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson in a news release. A previous Patch report stating that Kargbo was shot was incorrect.
Bell fled the scene in his vehicle, which police recovered. Officers discovered James Kargbo after the crash and performed life saving measures before he was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, where he was pronounced dead, according to the SCPO.

A report from the New Jersey Northern Regional Medical Examiner's Office ruled that the cause and manner of death was homicide by a sharp force injury to the his chest.

The incident happened just after 11 a.m. on Labor Day, when Kargbo crashed in Franklin Township’s Somerset Park apartment complex, according to the SCPO.
