New Luxury Apartment Building Opens In Somerville
Six North features 18 luxury, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 800 square feet to 1,300 square feet.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — Six North, a new residential apartment building, recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with local officials.
The building on the corner of North Doughty and West Main Street features 18 luxury, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 800 square feet to 1,300 square feet.
Six North is one of several new residential or multi-use properties being renovated or built in the downtown district by DGM Management. Renovations to properties at 1517 West Main Street and 80 West End Avenue will feature a total of 13 new apartments, two commercial spaces and 7,500 square feet for medical use.

The largest building project is the DGM Station House, an approved urban renewal project at 44 Veteran’s Memorial Drive. The 4-story complex will offer 118 apartments and amenities that include a modern gym, common room for resident gatherings and a heated parking garage. Groundbreaking on the new apartment building is expected this spring.
