WARREN, NJ — A new virtual neighborhood salad bar, Greenfields, has opened and is available exclusively online for delivery.

Greenfields exists online only with no brick-and-mortar location. Instead, salads are made from Brasa's kitchen for delivery.

Greenfields offers an assortment of chef-created menu salad items and bowls. There is also a create-your-own-salad option where customers can choose from multiple bases, proteins, and endless toppings.

"We locally source our ingredients as much as possible from local meat purveyors and farms," said Olsen.

Additionally, Olsen noted that Brasa's wood-fired grill proteins will also be offered on the salads.

There are also some desserts offered including Tres Leches, cheesecake and a flourless chocolate cake.
