New Latin American Restaurant & Bar To Host Ribbon Cutting On Route 22

A grand opening for the restaurant in Green Book will be held on Thursday, March 21.

GREEN BROOK, NJ — Pachamama, a new Latin American restaurant and bar, is hosting a ribbon cutting and grand opening on Thursday.

Green Brook Mayor Jim Van Arsdale and the Driven Hospitality/Pachamama Team will cut the ribbon at 5 p.m. on March 21. A reception will follow with complimentary passed hors d'oeuvres.

Chef Ricardo Ramirez helms the kitchen at Pachamama and delivers an elevated and accessible menu replete with the flavors of Latin and South America.

Ramirez was educated at Peru's renowned D’Gallia Instituto Gastronómico, has cooked in two Michelin-starred restaurants, and worked most recently at Mission Ceviche.

"His commitment to pushing culinary boundaries results in a menu that combines the most appealing flavors of many Latin and South American countries," according to Pachamama.

To accompany Ramirez' menu, mixologist Mariano Bacile offers blended Latin classics such as the Caipirinha, Mojito, Pisco Sour, Paloma, and Cuba Libre, along with the spirit-free "No-Jito" and Pacha Punch.
