"DIG is committed to shopping from local suppliers (those within 300 miles of its restaurants) and even has leased a farm in Orange County, New York, to provide top-quality ingredients at an affordable price and to support small farms," according to DIG.
Its seasonal menu is scratch-cooked and includes everything from composed market plates like the Classic DIG (charred chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, charred broccoli with lemon, brown rice with garlic aioli) to house-made focaccia club sandwiches.
