New Taiwanese Bakery Cafe Opens First Somerset County Location
Sunmerry Bakery opened its third NJ location and first Somerset County location off Route 22 in Green Brook.

GREEN BROOK, NJ — A new local Taiwanese bakery cafe has opened its first New Jersey location and first Somerset County location.
Sunmerry Bakery opened recently at 299 Route 22 in Green Brook Township inside the Colonial Square mall.
"Our bakery specializes in innovative fresh Asian-fusion bread, sweets, cakes, pastries, & beverages! Our products are made fresh daily & handcrafted with quality ingredients. There’s something for every palate as we're constantly experimenting to bring you exciting new flavors and treats to cater to the local flavors," wrote Sunmerry Bakery East Coast.

Sunmerry started in Japan and was brought to Taiwan in 1986. The bakery has two other New Jersey locations in Fort Lee and Edison.
