NJ Sisters Open Pure Barre Bridgewater, Host Ribbon Cutting
Sisters from Bridgewater and Red Bank opened the new fitness studio to help empower others.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Two New Jersey sisters and fitness enthusiasts are celebrating the opening of their fitness studio Pure Barre Bridgewater Thursday.
A ribbon cutting will be held at the studio at 3150 Route 22 West in Branchburg with local officials. The location is in Branchburg but the studio is named Bridgewater due to the focus on the surrounding area.
Dianne Butters of South Jersey and her sister Janet Turchi of Bridgewater decided to open the studio after taking barre classes in a studio near Butters.

“We loved it so much and we didn’t have anything quite like it up here,” Butters said of making the decision to open.
The two sisters have always been very athletic and really enjoyed taking Barre.

“We have run marathons together, done everything from Crossfit to Boot Camp to spinning to yoga,” Butters said. “We have run the gambit and are big believers in keeping fit and making it apart of a normal lifestyle.
“We wanted to do something together and this was our opportunity. We liked the environment Pure Barre creates," Butters continued. "It’s not competitive. In this group of women, we are all very supportive. It creates a really great environment of empowerment.”
The workout incorporates ballet but no dance experience is required to try it out. Pure Barre is challenging for all levels and incorporates light weights, resistance and allows members to work at their own level.
As part of their opening, Pure Barre Bridgewater is offering one month of unlimited classes for $99 for locals to try it out. There are also packages offered with a set number of classes from one to 20 class packs.
