NJ Transit Offers Extra Service, Savings For Holidays
Extra service will be offered through the upcoming Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Planning to head into Hoboken or New York City for a night on the town? Or are you just a gang green fan and have plans to hit the Meadowlands for the Sunday night game? Either way NJ Transit is offering extra service during the holidays.
NJ Transit is giving customers almost two weeks of continuous savings through a special extension of the Family SuperSaver Fare, which allows up to two children 11-years-old and younger to travel free with each fare-paying customer. The Family SuperSaver Fare will be in effect for the entire holiday period, starting at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21 until 6 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, on all trains, buses and light rail lines.
