SOMERVILLE, NJ — The 9th Annual Original Downtown Somerville Oktoberfest is canceled on Saturday due to Hurricane Ian's approach, Tapastre announced Friday.

"This decision was not an easy one to make, we have been watching the weather and radar probably too closely for the last 48 hours and have decided it is just not worth it. Oktoberfest is officially cancelled," said organizers Tapastre.

Tapastre is working to refund those who purchased a ticket through Eventbrite.
