Somerville Circle Reopens Following Overturned Tractor Trailer

RARITAN, NJ — All lanes on Route 206 South on the Somerville Circle in Raritan have reopened as of 4:40 p.m. following an overturned tractor trailer on Wednesday afternoon.

The tractor-trailer was located on the circle near the Quick Chek gas station and was completely blocking all lanes onto the exit to Route 206 South toward Hillsborough and Princeton.

The single-vehicle crash was initially reported around 1:15 p.m. with minor injuries to the driver, passenger, and dog inside, Raritan Police Lt. Everett Holt said.

Drivers were asked to avoid the area, said Raritan Borough Police Department around 1:15 p.m.
