SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Two crashes are impacting the Friday morning commute on Interstate 287 and Route 22 in Somerset County, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.

There is an overturned tractor-trailer on the I-287 southbound ramp to eastbound Exit 21 for I-78 in Bedminster Township. All lanes are closed as of 7:51 p.m.

Route 22

There is a crash on Route 22 westbound near County Route 529/Washington Avenue in Green Brook Twp. One right lane is closed as of 7:44 a.m.

Additionally, due to the crash, there are reported rubbernecking delays on Route 22 westbound West of West End Avenue in North Plainfield to County Route 529/Washington Avenue in Green Brook Twp. The current travel time is 5 to 10 minutes.
