Overturned Tractor Trailer Closes Lane On I-78 In Somerset County
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area on Tuesday morning as hazard mitigation and vehicle removal are ongoing.
BEDMINSTER, NJ — An overturned tractor trailer is being reported on Interstate 78 East in Bedminster on Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported around 8 a.m. on the eastbound side of the highway just before Exit 26 for County Route 665/Rattlesnake Bridge Road in Bedminster Township, according to 511nj.org.
"One patient was evaluated on scene for injuries. Avoid the area as hazard mitigation and vehicle removal is ongoing," said Whitehouse Rescue Squad, Readington, NJ.

As a result, one right lane of three lanes remains closed as of 9:20 a.m.
